Three Blue Tigers play in Triton Invitational

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Three members of the Lincoln women’s golf team played in the Triton Invitational, hosted by the University of Missouri-St. Louis at Norwood Hills Country Club on Sunday and Monday (April 11-12).

Marsya Nazri had Lincoln’s lowest score of the tournament, tying for 67th overall with a two-round total of 180. After shooting a 93 on Sunday, Nazri came back to score an 87 on Monday.

Nyah Singh was next for LU with a total of 188 after shooting scores of 98 and 90. Emalee Bennett rounded out LU with a two-round total of 212 after shooting rounds of 108 and 104.

The Blue Tigers will next play in the MIAA Women’s Golf Championship, which will be played at Hillcrest Country Club in Bartlesville, Okla. on April 22-23.
